Premium Dates (Holidays & Special Seasons)

Festive Season (Dec 20th - Jan 8th)

  • 200% of current labor rates


Valentines Day (Feb 13 & Feb 14th)

  • 150% of current labor rates


Thanksgiving Week (Tues-Fri)

  • 150% of current labor rates


Easter Day

  • 150% of current labor rates


Independence Day (July 4th)

  • 150% of current labor rates

Direct Costs

Direct Costs

We will Charge you for all direct costs that we incur to stage your special event. Typically, these charges are for food items, beverages, rentals, etc... Pricing does not include taxes (8.25%) which will be added to your Invoice or any gratuity

For Special Dinner Events, Brunch Parties, and Hors-D'oeuvres Parties a direct deposit of $350 will be required to reserve your date. A Credit Card is required to be on file. The Deposit will be deducted from the final Total cost on the invoice presented to you

Cancelations

Cancelations

We will happily return your full deposit if you cancel at least 20 days before your reserved date of the event. If you should cancel less than 20 days before your reserved date of the event, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
