Eating healthy is key to a happy life. That's why I offer a Meal Prep service that provides fresh, healthy & delicious meals easily. Give my Meal Prep service a try and start your journey towards a healthier, less stressful lifestyle today!

How it works

1. You can fill out the Contact Form & submit it. Then you will receive a phone call where I will ask you some additional questions.
2. Menu Planning- Each week I will send you a customized menu proposal based off of your wants, dietary needs and preferences to ensure everything is to your liking. This service provides 3 different entrees that yield 4 portions. (12 entrees total).  Add-on options for additional entrees, breakfasts, snacks, desserts, and sides are available for additional costs to further customize the standard package. 
3. Grocery Shopping- I will shop at a grocery store or market before arriving at your home. Receipt will be kept and shown to client, and the client will reimburse the Chef the same day.
4. In home cooking- Depending on the planned meal, I will spend about 4-5 hours in your home cooking all of the dishes. The meals will be packaged, labeled, and placed in the fridge to easily be reheated throughout the week. Also, left with reheating instructions. You'll be left with a fridge full of meals & a clean kitchen like I was never there. When your ready to eat, all you need to do is reheat & eat!
5. Benefits- Clients save an average of 15-20 hours per week using this service and have more free time to do the things you love. Get ready to stop stressing over "what's for dinner" & stick to your customized plan.

Indulge in your favorite Brunch items or Hors-D'oeuvres (Appetizer/small bites) Party! After 5 days of running around being busy with chores and work, the weekends are when you can sleep in, wake up around 10 am, and get ready to go out with your friends and unwind! Be a guests in your own home and have fun with your friends! Brunch will be served Buffet/Family style and offers up to 5 choices of dishes and beverages. The ultimate goal is to give you the brunch you've been wanting and the freedom you deserve.

How it works

1. Contact me and within 48 hours I will give you a call to ask some questions. A deposit of $350 is required to reserve your date. A credit card is required to be put on file. A minimum of 20 days advance notice is required for booking your event.
2. I will create a custom menu based off of your dietary needs and preferences.
3. Chef will do the shopping before hand and arrive at your home.
4. Cooking will be done in your kitchen
5. We do all the cooking, serving & clean-up. You enjoy your time & food with your guests.
